Oklahoma State Record Holder

I have a 3-hp Air Compressor rated at between 5 and 6 cfm, that I plan to use to make CT this year. How much air do I need for this, I can obviously flow more air than I need. I am just trying to get some idea how much is to much.

I believe the rate is .05-.08 cfm/gal., but I'm doing this off the top of my head, I'll have to go back and verify...
