I read you recipie for tea and wondered, 1/2 cup Kelp Meal. How much would you use if you used soluable kelp? You know the stuff you can buy from Extreme pumpkins.

Kelp meal and soluable kelp are two totally different products. Kelp meal is a soil amendment with a texture much like corn meal.

I wouldent use it to brew, but you can add some at the end of the brew. The tea is for microbial and fungal life. Kelpmeal has some of that. Soluable kelp is a mild fertilizer that holds some growthhormones to,,,auxins,,glibberins,,thats one of reasons its so benificial. I,m sure Extreme Pumpkins sells some kelpmeal to. Its a excellent soil ammendment and good in tea.

Thanks Cooks, A local Southern States CoOp was to get in some organics, well I went there and they only had a few items, no kelp meal. Will get me some. Thanks again.
