Could I use a single outlet aquarium pump to adequately aerate a 5 gal compost tea system? If so, what size pump would be needed? Thanks

I have a Tetra Whisper 40 aquarium air pump, that is meant to aerate an aquarium for fish up to 40 gal.. But would this work for a 5 gal compost tea system?

.05-08 cfm/gal of water. So a .4 cfm pump would be ideal for a 5 gallon bucket.
