Tad are my 5 gallon food and organism kits from last year still good? They have been in the garage over the winter. Thanks!

Pull out the compost bag and see if the compost is still moist. If so, then it should be just fine for use. If it's a little dry, then your next batch of tea can be used to re-inoculate the compost in your remaining kits.
