Unofficially, so far as I can tell, Ken D is going to take the honors, having broken his own PB, broken the state record, and high weight compared to other entrants.

The winner will get to choose between cash, or a seed prize pack that includes the 1495 and 1274 Stelts! Not a bad take for a $10 entry fee or $15 MAGPG membership fee!
