Growers-- Its time to dig through grandma's seed vault and share the most interesting thing you find! (with her permission of course).
The exotic seed exchange is looking for new participants!
Seed catalogues want to sell you everything... Its hard to know whats best and it can be expensive to figure out. If you have a favorite/heirloom/useful/exotic seed to share with other growers, please help bypass the catalogues by exchanging seeds. The goal is help other growers have a fun and successful garden.
If you want to give and recieve good seeds please join!
Email me! Brandon

Update: I hope it will be a good year for the exchange. It looks like a good assortment. Other than the broccoli and turnips... Who asked for those, lol.

Participants: I have posted a scattershot list under the seed exchange board. Please send out in multiples of 40... Please send prior to Christmas, or I can't guarantee they will be included.

I think I've caught up on emails & I think we do have some space for more participants. The return boxes will go out asap prior to the New Year possibly.

What additional items would make the exchange really great? This is a chance to think outside the "strictly competitive" box.

For those of us do not own a farm... smaller items that could grow well in containers or borders, and seeds that might be fun for kids or moms and dads or neighbors would be welcome since it may take more than one person to plant all these seeds! (This is where you may feel free to call me crazy...)

There are nearly enough competitive items that I don't see needing more but there's always room to throw in something special or unique or unusually good.

Growers-- Thanks for the ongoing hard work. Thanks for giving strong support to the exchange.

* PC correction, only Methuselah is old.

Gonna go scrub my very nearly middle-aged typing fingers with soap now...
