While I’m not involved in the 150 square foot contest this year which is now done by ‘bnot’, I couldn’t help but notice Patyrks diary. He and the GGVG have a ‘small Patch- small Seed – Challenge’.

Goal: ‘the heaviest pumpkin wins.’

Requirement: ‘participation of the 150 sqft Challenge from bigpumpkins.com with our GGVG small seed’

Thank you Bart, great to have this opportunity, our choosen small seed for the challenge is the 97.4 Ressel 16 (1177.5 Clementz x 500.5 Warren), nice orange genetics too.

We are looking forward to see some beautiful pumpkins this year.

On a cliff in the desert

I have this seed if someone in the US/Canada wants to trade for it. It grew the 490.7 Ressel.

Patryk emailed me a few days ago with this idea. Of course I welcomed the German growers to the BP 150 contest. Patryk is also the first European grower to officially enter the competition. Thank you, I hope you have fun.
