Looking for suggested seed for a display this fall that will produce . What would you grow to get these three colors for a display?

Since color is never a guarantee if it was me I would plant six seeds. Two for a white two for Howard Dill and 2 for green. Then really hope that it actually happens

White is really the only tough one to guarantee. Your best shot would be to go with a likely white seed, then completely shade the fruit in darkness. You'll still get some postharvest color change, though - likely towards green.

Pumpkinfanatic for the track record is vital; Good Luck, though. Interesting on the shading prospect, Andy---eg

How much does size matter to you for this display? Lots of proven HD orange and green producers to pick from if you aren't looking for 2000+ genes.
