I have a couple of 250 gallon totes. I was thinking of premixing some Neptune up in advance. Will Neptune last a while and still be effective?

What other amendments could be premixed and how long would they lest.

Any ideas??

I just went on their site, they say this;
Application
Shake well before using. Prepare enough mix for one application only. Do not store product once it is mixed with water.

I think that most fertilizers and amendments will probably advise against mixing in advance because the ingredients could separate or particulate and cause clumping issues or decline in potency etc.
What I do to prep for the season is to read the labels in the preseason and crunch the numbers, then take a piece of masking tape and write the mixing rate or any other pertinent info. (For example it would say something like 2 gallons Neptune per 250 gallon tub.). then stick that tape on the fertilizer container or bag. This will help reduce the chance for a mistake in season when you are super busy.

I think as soon as you dilute the phosphoric acid in it, which acts as a preservative, it wont remain shelf stable and the chemistry could change.
