Everyone loves a good Cinderella/underdog story. Pick your pumpkin underdog. Out of last years crop which underdog seed will produce the biggest pumpkin? Let’s say any seeds outside of last years top 32, which according to the weighoff page is the 2225.5 Wolf. Lots of good choices with big names behind them. So for bragging rights only. Who ya got? Give me the 2014.5 Leonzi.

After deliberating between the reigning pumpkin Queens' (aka Queen Deb) the 1854.5 Gantner and the 2070.5 Bernstrom which both have back class in spades but since I can only pick one I am going with the 2070.5 Bernstrom

1995.5 Connelly it's got good genes on both sides. Well see this season! I wouldn't sleep on the 2211 either.

Way too many options with each passing year of course and all the tremendous genetic crosses but hey. I'll go with the 1,921 Noel. 26% heavy and the pollinator 2198 Sperry grew Noel's 2,471 Noel dmg officially weighed with just a dreaded "pin hole". Another one from 2024 that peaks my interest is the 2,196 Zappa? Could be an orange thing?
