Illinois site had a 169 pound watermelon. The state record is 171 pounds. First try by one of the excellent pumpkin growers here.

Netherlands

Port Elgin had 5 or 6 over 200 including 255 lbs (Michigan)and a new Canadian record.

Youngstown, Ohio

I missed the Ohio record by 2.5 pounds! but thats ok we all had a great time at Canfield, Ohio We took 1st.with 199lb.(which was grown with a Hunt 207.6) 2nd. with 189.5lb.(seed was Crowley 183.5) 4th with 174.5lb. and 6th with 140lb. Pumpkin went 845lb.
