Ok I have watched your postings on the Watermelon Growing Forum, I wish I could grow them as great as you guys do. But 5300 ft elevation and cold(below 60 degree) summer nights. make it hard to grow em.

I love to grow em but dont do well. So what varities do you like to grow and eat?

A friend gave me a serbian variety that he said was very semular to Katayana(size of softball) but a little different.

Whats your fav.

we like moon and stars - very sweet but take 110-120 days and when you get 1 of those carolina cross melons ripe they're awesome!
