OK I have been growing watermelons for 5 years now and I have not broke the 200 pound mark yet. The one I had that probably would have I took to the fair. It was gaining 4-5 pounds a day for a long time. Most of mine seem to grow 2-3 pounds a day and end up around 130-150 pounds. What gains are we looking for to get to that 200 pound melon? The 251 Mudd is averaging 4.3 pounds a day for the last 7 days and should gain the whole month of July yet.
