I'm wondering how many watermelon State record holders will be at the KY seminar in Feb.? Of course Chris who is TN and world holder. And I believe Mr.Mudd has KY record. I currently have IN record, so that's three. What about OH, is Neptunes 252 the record there? Anyone know if they are coming? I'd like to snap a picture of all us State record melon holders. Before someone beats me out of the record...

Mark, I'm the smallest record in the group at 232, grown my first try in 2000. That would be awesome if Bill came down! He was kinda my mentor when I had my big one going. I beat Bill by 4 Lbs. that year. And Allie beat me by One pound. Five Lbs. between the top 3. I still talk with him a couple times a year. Maybe if we both bug him about it he'll come down...Ha Ha!

Awl are certainly welcome at what seems to be an incredible Growers Seminar!!!! Excellent Idea, Dewight...can't wait!!!! Mr. Edwards, would be an incredible addition from the north!!! Ok I will ask him to come dont know if he will but I will ask,Marv Mitchell may come also he drives to Pt.Elgin 5 1/2 hrs 1 way.We drove to Guelph Ont. Seminar I think it was 98 or 1999. Gary Burke had a 1092 that year.Mark C.
