I will go first you only get 1 guess my guess is 255 Mitchell 312 pds LOL, I will record guesses winner will get a special seed,either a 255 mitchell 285dmg,267 edwards,239 leonard,& ten seeds out of new world record,by entering you agree to give the ten seeds to winner,this is only for 2011 season.If WR doesnt come out of this group here then 10 seeds is null & void,in less I can talk grower into giving seeds after the fact.same guesses, will use weight guess for tie breaker

I think I will grow the next world record on my 260 Kent seed. Anyway, all I need is for everything to fall into place & with hard work & some good luck I know I have a chance.And I think the climate here in east Tennessee is probably about the best in the world for growing big watermelons.

This is a tough one. There are a LOT of good seeds out there. Many more new crosses that have the promise to make the grade. I think the 255 is in the top 5, but i have to go with the ONE , the 239 Leonard. Weight is 325 lbs

I like the looks of Chris' 291 and 230. The last two WR producers crossed, (239 and 157). Thinking seriously about crossing the 291 and 230. I have a theory on those two.
If only picking one I'll go with the 291 producing a 313...
