It really depends on which Fungicide and how it is applied, we have a list of the most common fungicides and their effect on Mycorrhiza posted on the Garden Source resource center on The Extreme Pumpkin Store, copy and paste this link to check it out or download the list:

Thanks,
Tom

After all the rain that we have been having...I would rethink that...wait until the sun finally comes out the heat and humidity start creating the perfect enviroment for disease.
As it is, a rep called me yesterday to let me know that Early Blight and Botrytis have already been found in Ohio.
Its time to be proactive.
If you didnt receive our newsletter (we send them out a few times a month with updates and specials)filled with identifying characteristics and control solutions, email us and we will put you on the list.

Thanks Tom, That chart is very helpful. Some of those I had no idea they would affect myco. I noticed there was no reaction listed for Eagle 20. Does that mean no study? Right now just using Daconil and actinovate. Plan to rotate with something else.

Eagle is fine, I've been using it for 5-6 years.
