157 Bright 2004. Open pollinated. Was the smallest one of four watermelons grown for the 2004 Minnesota State Fair. The potential buyer could not make the trip for pick up so the four were used as seed melons for the 2005 planting season.

It is a sister of the 157. The 204 made a 246 for me in 2005. Most of the 204 seeds I have planted produced melons over 200 pounds. The Sistrunks bought a seed melon from the same row in 2004 and got a 252 two generations later. You should get something really good from the 204 especially if the cool weather stays around.

The ones I have are the light seeds left over after selling from them in 2004/2005. Paul's auction seeds were the best of what was left.

Paul...I'v been trying and trying with no luck.A little cool and wet and really early for Virginia.I had my daughter pollinate a handful yesterday.Maybe a womens touch will do it.I told you it would be trouble this early for me.But when I do, I'll have a lot of plasnt behind it.
