HH,I think we're going to see some nice melons at Allardt on Saturday.I think we'll see heavy ones from Frank and Chris. Maybe Todd will show up with another nice one.Did you ever take the girth on your big one Mark?

I went down and got a OTT measurement on my 231 Mitchell. It was 192" for exactly 200. lbs .I hope it will still go that much at the weigh-off and also go a little heavy on the actual watermelon OTT chart. That might at least equal a new personal best. I got my fingers and toes crossed.

Chris, I think she was aiming at the bamboo and must have hit the dogs by accident. Or maybe she was shooting at some of those spies who keep driving by your patch. Now don't mess up and let her have access to a real gun. The poor dogs might really be hurting if they got hit with some buckshot. You guys don't have a still somewhere on the property do you ? :-)
