I think Amelio has a need for attention. I am not sure if he makes up all that weird stuff he rants about or if he is saying things he truly believes. He is somewhat entertaining but I do not expect to learn anything from him. I would be afraid to try some of the things he suggests because I'm not sure if they have any scientific foundation. But he acts like he is the person the experts learn from. Amelio is a true know it all. I think he would already have several world records and be internationally recognized if he was as knowledgeable as he professes to be.

I like to read his stuff because it makes me laugh! Some of the stuff he describes... it's like he makes up words and things,they just don't make sense.Ever try to describe something after 14 or 15 beers?? It's kind of like that!
