Horse?...Cow?.....any other? Which is best?

Cow is better than horse - since cows have multiple stomachs and process waste better destroying most weed seed.

Poultry is even better but needs to be composted before use to avoid burning plants.

Never liked horse manure unless it is well rotted. Too many weed seeds. You can use poultry immediately, but you better till it in and break it up. Otherwise, you really to compost it. It's just too hot.
