Has anyone checked out Jake Holloways growers diary?
If not you should.
Jake has come up with some great new idea's.
Jake is a new young grower who just grew a new personal best melon this year at 238.5.
he also grows some very big cantalope.
Im will have to worry about this guy every year now.

Yes, Finders please bring the record back to North America ! Sergio Moretti has told me that Gabriele Bartoli may not even grow next year. And that he is thinking about waiting for someone to break his record. Let's give Mr Bartoli something to grow for. :o)

As my last post for at least a week. I too have to give Mr. Holloway his just due accolades. He is so cool, young and unselfish. I've gleaned all this without ever having met him. You can just tell by only a brief interaction with some people. Jake is too grounded to become an egomaniac. I look forward to learning from him also.
