Any one want to share some general guide lines for melon soil I know the numbers for pumpkins are not quite the same

I am new to melons but my guess is that melons would like roughly the same nutrients levels and ratios as pumpkins. However, do not quote me on this.

I think the most important thing to do is make sure your nitrogen is sufficent while plant is young & vining out.
