Is it normal that seeds that I have received from other growers that are from 250 plus pound melons are all smaller size than what came from a 150 pound cc melon I grew a couple years ago.Does seed size impact plant size and thus fruit size?Would like to put that curiosity to rest before I plant.Every seed that was in my melon( around 100) is larger.Thanks for any input.

This question gets asked a lot for Atlantic Giant pumpkins, this is the first time I have heard it asked about melons. I don't believe seed size has any effect on how big your melon will ultimately grow.
