Good luck with the graft Jeremy.
I tried a graft to an AG and it didn't turn out so well.
If it does,Kents' 350 is in trouble !

Just started ours today. We started several 290 Terry's, (2)282 Dawson's, (2) 305 Mudds, (2) 274 Kents, (2) 272 Glasgows, and a 255 Mitchell. Going to graft the 290s and 305s and grow all other traditionally. Good luck everyone!!

No Spence if we go over there this year we will just take one. I always start twice as many as I plan on planting and just to give us a good variety to choose from. I am focusing primarily on plant health this year so I am hoping that we don't have one ready by franklin county time. My goal is to have a couple of melons grow for 90-100 days and see what we end up with. I think the last two years we have started our spraying too late and haven't kept it up like we should have and that has really hurt our growth after day 60.

Charles B., I am flumoxed as to why no Clementz' seed in your (Team Bubba) line-up? Explain please? LOL

Hey Wayne!, I do have a 272 Glasgow that is a 260.5 Clementz x self though lol. That's as close as I can get with all of the other great seeds out there. I am using rampart rootstock for melons but I've also got some valet that I might give a try.

Hey Wayne! I am glad to say that Bubba sent me a few 260.5 seeds so there will be one Bubba seed in the patch lol. Those Michigan seeds usually grow good around these parts lol!
