I don't know for sure without seeing more pictures,but it looks like gummy stem blight.
Post some close up photos of the leaves.
Any large brown spots ?
Any brown patches on stems or vines ?

Couple smal vines wilted deadish looking..stems and vines of affected leaves look ok..I'll get some more photos tomrw...
