I filed soaked and potted 7 Lovelace long gourd seeds Sam gave me and sadly its been about 2 week and none are out of the shells yet. I used the same method I used for pumpkins and got good germination with them so I dont understand what happend. I was hopeing maybe someone could send me a couple of gourd seeds I could just sow directly in the ground for this year. I dont really have time for a send and return bubble but I would gladly share/return the favor in the fall. If you think you could help me you please send me an email mid_rsc_king@hotmail.com
thanks mid from montana :)

I agree with Shannon, I started mine at about 90-95 degrees with better success. They also do take longer to sprout, but 2 weeks is a bit long.

hello everyone and thank you for your help! I really appreciate it and am glad to be part of such a helpfull community. Sam im sorry i messed up the first batch of seed you sent me, I wasnt able to get a heat mat for this year so its proably possible that they were too cold. I have gotten a couple responses for seeds so far but i am still interested in growing some lovelace gourds this year!
My address is
