We are growing long gourds for the first time this year. The main vines are at 10' and they are putting out some females at 2 feet. We've cut those off but are unsure if that was the correct thing to do. Also, do you keep all the secondaries and tertiaries? Do you terminate the main vine at some point? If so, when. Thanks for the help.
