While working in the patch today I was working around a Chris Lyons plant and realized that Chris and his dad John
do not get enough thanks.

On behalf of myself I want to thank Chris for his contributions to our sport of growing Long Gourds.

Agreed Bob,but I think on the records side your LG website is the greatest contribution of all towards the advancement of the LG hobby.
Another big factor is the availability of the GPC competitions where we can enter our LGs.This is a big boost too for the growth of the hobby.

Chris and John have done a wonderful job supplying us newer LG growers in Europe with seeds. They have been very generous and rightly deserve our thanks. The same holds true to Al Eaton who has also supplied us European growers with many excellent seeds!
