whats the best way to start LG seeds ? Thanks!

They seem to be more difficult to start then AG seeds.
I find some germinate quicker then others. I had mine from 08 that germinated in a day or so 6 out of 7. I have had others take 10+ days.
I soak them in warm water 85 degrees or so for 4 to 6 hrs. in a 10-20% mix of water(80-90%) and hydrogen peroxide. (10-20%) After that I fold up some paper towel, make it moist and put the seeds in it. line them up so when they germinate the tap roots dont get tangled up or damaged. Then put in a sealed zip lock bag. Then put the bag in a area which is at a constant 85-90 degrees. check every other day.
After sprouted transplant to pot.
