LG Growers--mext time near your plants, snap off 6" or so at the end of a side vine and eat it.
Now if that was in a bowl with a bit of salad dressing, how would that be different than lettice or any other of our common salad fodder?
Please try the taste test and write back on here.I need to know that I am not just trying to find some benefit in a not so great LG year--or perhaps am off my rocker--LOL
Cheers--AE

My leaves don't smell like I would like to eat them. But we had many visitors at our local fair from other countries that do eat the young long gourds. They put them in soups and stir fry.
