4-5 feet for each plant and atleast 14 feet tall. Any closer it becomes a tangled mess

I personally like to pollinate at 16-20 feet down the main with a female as close to the primary as possible. My old trellis was 12 feet tall and the top was 3 x 8. My 129.13 was pollinated on a secondary 1 foot from the primary at 17 feet. My new trellis will be 14 feet high and the top will be 4 x 12. Not unlike pumpkins once these plants start growing they will fill what ever space you have quickly. At 10-15 days of growth I start pruning my plants vigorously. John
