Here is our line up for 2013. We plan on growing four plants and would like to get the World Record back to Wisconsin.

the 116 Eaton looks good for new seed. 116.62 X 135.94 martin

I have a pack 124 1/2 Young 2011.Can someone tell me if this is the 124.00 Young showing on the standings?127.25 Jutras X self. Is this the same fruit??

Hi Glen,I'm going with your116.62(thanks for those),my 103 which is 112 martin x 116 martin and rumancik 123 which is 116 martin selfed. Just trying to beat my PB(111). My trellis is too short for a world record-lol

I have 2 trellis set ups this year and will be growing the 137.75 Wright and my 129.13. Hopefully crossing the two.

The 124.5 Young was a twin to the 124 but same cross. In 2011 I grew 3 lgs off of one 127.25 Jutras, I pollinated the 124 and the 124.5 the same evening and they were 18 inches from each other. I have always wondered what would have been if I had pruned one. LOL

If I grow LGs this year it will be 108.75 Eaton crossed back into my 96 ( 92.5 Hamilton x 135 Jacobus )The 92.5 is 108.75 Eaton x 135 Jacobus. I might just grow pear gourds, they look like fun.

I'm doing the 124 Young this year. Last year I killed all my long gourds in July with an accidental spray of round up. So this will be first/second year. I have 4 plants started now and will put the best one in the ground next week.

The 137.75 sprouted above soil in #5 Peat Pot today after 8 days.
