Do seeds continue to mature after the plant is picked or can I collect them now?

I wait until the Lg has completely dried, much easier to retrieve. Your seeds can be harvested now but it's a pain in the butt.

Thank you. The tip is turning black and soft, I don't know how long it will last. I'll wait as long as I can.
