For some reason I have terrible luck germing lg seeds. I have no issues with BG or other gourd seeds. Anybody have any advice on germing LG seeds?

I go with a lot more moisture in my starting mix and bury them a bit deeper in said mix, 95 degrees. Usually up in 5-7 days. No filing or clipping here.

They like it warmer than other seeds. I do clip the ears off, and scrape the seed coat a bit with my pocket knife. Germination isn't the problem for me, like the brown fungus.

Its prob. not you.Ive had many over the years that wont sprout and others that are easy-seems hit or miss.
