All my tomato seedlings have recieved way too much water with all the rain here. I was taking them in the house before the rains but it's been raining so much I gave up, and they have been outside. Now the lower leaves are getting dark elongated spots. Am I doomed? I'm wondering if this will affect the quality and overall health of the plants as they grow mature.

Do they look like the true leaves in this photo?

Yes, although the plants are slightly bigger and the leaves are not that pale, but the dark markings are the same. They were doing fine untill they got rained on for 3 days straight. They were started in a seed trays with seed mix, then transplanted into individual pots with potting soil.

Is the water splashing up from the ground hitting the leaves if so this might be blight...not a good thing tomatoes require a mulch to prevent this.

They've been out in heavy rains in small pots so I would imagine splashing is probably going on. I'm hoping this weekend's predicted sunshine will dry them out and "fix them" lol!!
