THAT 3.59 PERRY did the job this year lol, my picks at the beginning of the growing season if you all remember was ANDY, SHAZZY,CHOLO not bad lol, i wish i was a gambling man, great year hope we all can do it again next year. treetop

Thanks Duane, too bad this isn't September, that one had a lot more to give. It's hard like wax, I figure 2-3 weeks to maturity. Having said that, I have some 3.59's left so maybe with an earlier start next season I will have better results. The plant had 8 tomatoes on it so live and learn. Duane, your 3.5 and 3.59 averaged 1.8 lbs per tomato without thinning. I'm not a tomato expert but I think that is pretty good.

Best I got was a 2 lber. Disease did my tomato plants in this year. Congrats on your big one Andy!

Yeah that was a nice'un and you had some very good ones there, Andy.

You might consider cloning off your plant and taking one in for the winter... nice big 14" pot on floor coaster with wheels and get it to give you some winter maters? :)

Hoping 2011 gives us the 8# mater!
