Anyone know where to buy tomato cages that actually work instead of being very flimsy and bending and falling over?

I support my tomatoes by the way called a "Florida Weave". My plants are 7' tall and gone through many severe Ohio thunderstorms and are still standing strong. Search Florida Weave for supporting tomatoes. I used 2x2's on both sides of each plant. Pounded about a foot into the ground.

Try the Texas tomato cages they come in 3 sizes, 18" 20" & 24" in diameter and are 6' feet tall. I have never had any fall over yet even in a good old Nebraska Thunderstorm. They are a little pricey but last long time I'm going on my 3rd year and are in still great shape.

I use both but am now leaning toward Texas Tomato Cages primarily because the openings between the wires are bigger for large tomatoes. Cages made from cocrete reinforcing wire are also good and much cheaper. They also need some support if your plants are tall, 6 to 7 feet, or the whole thing could fall over. I support the Texas cages too if the plants are doing well. Marv
