Could you guys help, disease is taking over! Next year what should I spray and how often?

Keeping all lower and dead leaves cleaned up, keeping plant trained and 'open' to air circulation helps; removing all tomato related refuse from the patch area immediately helps. Only grow tomatoes or same family plants on the area every third year; to help break a disease cycle.
