Update on early - entered tomatoes:
For those who don't already know, Ken has been nice enough to set us up with an "Early Tomato Site" - a way to enter the early ones in a single place. This should streamline things a little better, and we won't have to worry about adding them in to a local site's entries any more. So from now on the documentation will stay the same, the only thing that will be different is that the grower will now "pre-register" by clicking on "Register On-line for a GPC Weigh-off" on the GPC Info Page. This will save the data administrator (currently me) a bit of typing. A completed early tomato submission form (http://greatpumpkincommonwealth.com/PDF/GPC%20Tomato%20Entry%20Form.pdf) may be scanned and emailed tomato@greatpumpkincommonwealth.com At that time, the weight will be officially entered and will show in the listings.
You can see the full list of of entries so far here: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/WeighoffResultsBySite.aspx?s=116&c=T&y=2011
If I am missing any, let me know.
Please try to limit the number of entries to your best ones.
Andy
