What causes this, bad pollination, weather ???
This is only on a few of my ox heart tomatoes. Is it common for that variety ?

Extremely common for any fruit resulting from fused blossoms. Any kind of imbalance or irregular sizes among the ovaries in the developing megabloom will likely result in distortions in the fruit which develops. Most of the varieties grown for competition put an impressive variety of "weird" fruits.
Some would characterize this as "catfacing", but I don't think this is a good example of that condition. The tomato pictured on the left, in particular, looks like it resulted from at least 3 fused ovaries.
