Freedom Is Just Another Word For Noting Left To Lose

My tomato isn't blushing or flashing. It's hard as a rock with no sign of soft spots. I keep it covered with a white cloth except to check out the progress and look for possible problems. I don't know the date of pollination either which is probably a rookie mistake. Any advice as to what to look for when ready? Thanks

I keep mine covered with a white cloth too. It took mine about 50 days from pollination. If I look at it every day though if seems like months. Mine were green and hard then turned to a pinkish hue within a couple of days. I picked a few days after that. Good luck!
