My brother bought a small greenhouse and we want to try a few giant tomatoes this season and also other varieties for eating. Which soil should I use? Is there something like a sample soil test for tomatoes? Thanks in advance ;)

Until I started incorporating 6-8" of organic matter (compost, aged manure) into the top 16" of native soil, I had a difficult time even breaking 2 lbs.
