First time giant tomato grower here. My plants are now in the ground starting to grow. I've heard there is a special way to trim the plants as they grow. Was wondering if anyone had any information on how this is done?
Thanks,
Ryan

Do not allow any suckers (axillary spurs) to grow. Once you have a megabloom set, top the plant so it can direct all of it's energies to growing the fruit. Continue to be vigilant with pruning suckers. These plants will start sprouting spurs from the tops of the branches and you need to prune those also.
