My big marley plant im growing two tomatoes yesterday i was at 5 1/2 inches and 6 3/4 inches yesterday and today i was at 6 3/8 inches and 7 1/2 inches. And my single spaziani grew to 17 1/2 to 17 7/8 so that one only a 1/4 inch. I have never measured smaller tomatoes like im doing now but it was nice to see better girth on a tape.. My 5.83 mega zac grew from 10 3/4 inches to 11 7/8 inches over night in my raised bed. Like i said i never before studied growth on smaller tomatoes it seems it slows down here around 17 inches

Well of course it slows as the fruit becomes larger. Each incremental increase in circumference is due to a larger increase in the volume or mass of the fruit.
