Captain,

I can give you some 38, 42 & 55 James 2010 seeds. I can give them to you at the meet-n-greet on April 9 if your going or if you email me your addy I'll mail them to you.

Also I know you have grown tall brussell sprouts and my wife wants to grow them. Do you have any spare seeds or can you tell me where I can find them?

Hey Wayne, I think the names are interchangeable. I don't know if this is true but, I read one article that said all the american varieties are muskmelons, that true canteloupes have warts instead of netting. Don't know if that is true? I know most of the older people around here tell me that the giant canteloupes look like what they called muskmelons years ago. CCW here is my email if you need some more inrock30108@aol.com

Mike, after re-reading Aaron's original post several times, I think he is growin in bulk, not for size!!! Not sure tho!!! Somewhere I read he is gonna try 4 acres of lopes, or muskmellon's?? Peace, Wayne

Wayne, You may be right about Aaron growing in bulk rather than size as I've had no response. He's got 4 acres for growing but I don't he's going to do all muskmellon's/lopes as he is looking for other seeds to. Mike

PS...I originally asked the question, cause an old friend of mine told me that muskmellons, and canteloupes were different fruits!!! He worked at a food distribution site, that sold both to Wallyworld type stores!!!
