Trinity River Bottom

I will get my last 10 or 12 lopes in the ground this weekend. How is everyone else coming along? No lopes are melons left behind !!

Hi Kirk.Started 18 seeds 2 days ago.3 of the James seeds are up this morning.I think I have room for 6 more plants and hope to get them in the ground soon.LOL...you all convinced me to try a couple watermelons.Never grew the big ones before (they don't really like it here). So...I will put 2 watermelons in place of some cantaloupes.Grow em big...I like to see some king size Texas melons.Good luck and we will pray good weather continues...Steve
