El Paso TX.

we finally got .05" last week after 100+ days without any but it was during a 100 degree affternoon so the ground barely got wet -- and it was just enough to make the heat seem even hotter due to the mugginess so not sure whether we are better off getting it or just having to keep with the dry weather.
