#1 NEW grower is westoftheblueridge at 14.0
#2 Is pizza at 10.42

Again not to beat this dog to death but pictures of the stem and blossom end should be included. I've had to pitch many very large lopes because they were not sound/open cavity.

I know spudley and id like to do that but you have to understand im having trouble just getting folks to post pics of there lopes on the scale, im getting pics of giant lopes but no weights no scales!!! and with an online weigh off thats all we have to go by,i know they are huge but i have to pass them up!i hate it but i have too. TREETOP

Spudley, have you had them bigger than your record before and split? Your record looked on the green side when picked. I'm assuming it was still growing.

I also got a very late start this year and mine have just started having any Female Blooms - actually have on that is about football size but it was the only early female so probably won't get very big but there are finally a bunch of females showing up so hopefully still will get something going before long !

I haven't tryed it yet Glen, I planned on planting it late to try beating the heat, but got real busy with the melons. I do look forward to seeing what it does. I'm going to plant it first chance I get.

Picked the first one this AM. as expected was pretty small since the plant was small when it got pollinated but final weight was 13.5# (CC 34 , ss 22.5, ee 22.0 )-- finally have 2 others started that were pollinated a couple days ago so will have to wait and see if they have time to grow and how they'll do ( been a rough year to get things going around here !)

I just weighed a 31 pder cc46.5 ss 26.5 ee31.5 OTT=104.5= 30pds pretty close!this is my final entry Blossum & stem had surface splits nothing all the way through! From 45 Webb I posted on diary!
