That Alabama record (45 lbs)was grown off my 43 lb uow lope. I'm growing a grafted version of that seed this season. I planted 120 plants up on a sand berm above a creek that season, never watered them once and let them run wild for farmers market sales and that same plant had 4 in the 40+ pound range!
