What is the way to measure sunflowers the correct way thanks

and there are a very few but informative old-time discussions about sunflowers at least;
read the one that says 'looking for a how-to' and
an article at the bottom of that one.

HERE, you'll need to specify what it is you are concerned with, whether it's the height or head diameter and so forth.
I've yet to grow either, so, I dunno, but now's the time, eh?
